All stages of submission, expert peer review, editing, and publication of articles are completely free of charge, and no fees are charged to authors under the title of Submission Fee or Article Processing Charge (APC). All costs are covered by the publisher (the Iranian Peace Studies Association).

Similarity Check Report: an official report from the Samim‑Noor system.

Answer : The journal is committed to upholding publication ethics and research originality. All articles are screened upon submission, and the similarity percentage reported by official systems (Samim‑Noor) must be below 15% (with allowances for direct quotations and references). Articles with a higher overlap rate will be returned to the authors before being sent for peer review.

Answer : As soon as the final revisions have been approved by the reviewers and the editorial board, an official acceptance certificate with a valid electronic seal and signature is issued and made available for download through the corresponding author's user panel. The accepted article immediately enters the layout stage and will be placed in the "Articles in Press / Online First" section of the website with a unique identifier, allowing for early citation.
