The increasing complexity and multidimensional nature of contemporary conflicts, both domestic and international, have revealed the limitations of traditional state-centered approaches to conflict resolution and peacebuilding. In response to this challenge, multi-track diplomacy has emerged as an innovative framework that integrates and coordinates diverse official and unofficial channels to facilitate more effective conflict resolution and promote durable peace. This article examines the concept of multi-track diplomacy, its underlying logic, and the various tracks through which it contributes to conflict resolution and peacebuilding. The main question is: What are the different tracks of multi-track diplomacy, how do they contribute to peacebuilding and conflict resolution, and what are the strengths and limitations of each? The article hypothesizes that effective coordination and synergy among official and unofficial diplomatic tracks significantly increase the likelihood of successful and sustainable peace. Conversely, insufficient coordination or the neglect of non-state tracks weakens peace initiatives and contributes to the fragility of peace agreements. The findings indicate that multi-track diplomacy can foster sustainable peace when it is understood and implemented as an integrated system rather than as a collection of isolated activities. Methodologically, the study adopts a basic research approach and employs thick description as its principal descriptive method.
